Account details such as your name, email address, password, and affiliated college.
Profile information, including interests, clubs, and other optional details you choose to add.
Event data you create, such as event titles, descriptions, schedules, locations, and ticket settings.

Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the app.
Device and technical data such as browser type, operating system, and approximate location inferred from your IP address.

Event organizers and campus administrators may provide us with information about events, clubs, and communities, as well as limited information about attendees needed to operate the Service (for example, to validate eligibility for specific events).

Event organizers and campus administrators when necessary to manage events you create or attend.

6. Your choices and rights

You can update or correct your profile information from your account settings.
You may unsubscribe from non-essential email communications at any time.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it.

Campus Scene is intended for use by students and staff at participating campuses. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of the page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the app.
